# Control logic reviewed before it reaches the plant.

For controls, commissioning and DCS engineers. Your vendor compilers, controllers and change process stay as they are.

Standards

IEC 61131-3 · IEC 62443

PLC

Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 first; CODESYS and TIA Portal to follow

DCS

Emerson DeltaV, from FHX exports

Agent policy

PLC and OT sector template

Deployment

Self-hosted, your cloud or air-gapped

What your team gets

## PLC and DCS engineering, with your vendor engines underneath.

Govern features are in use today. Domain modules are pre-release; their state is listed under Tools and formats.

- **TwinCAT projects:** Open and edit TwinCAT 3 projects, with Structured Text language support and confirmed edits.
- **Build through TwinCAT:** The TwinCAT build run through an engineering host, with its messages in Problems.
- **Live values:** A read-only connection to the target over ADS, a Watch view and a trace; every value write confirmed and logged.
- **DCS configuration:** DeltaV FHX exports indexed, checked, compared by meaning and edited with the rest of the file kept byte for byte.
- **Agents off the plant:** The PLC and OT template denies agents downloads to controllers and plant networks; safety logic waits for a named approver.

Who uses it

## One environment for every role on the team.

- **Controls engineers:** Write and build Structured Text for TwinCAT 3.
- **Commissioning engineers:** Watch live values and make confirmed, logged value writes.
- **DCS engineers:** Check, compare and edit DeltaV configuration from its exports.
- **OT security:** Keep agents away from controllers and plant networks with one policy.

Tools and formats

## What the PLC and DCS modules handle, and how far each is verified.

Both modules are behind a setting, off by default, and run only in a trusted workspace.

- **Beckhoff TwinCAT 3:** Tool discovery, the build, the project reader and writer, Structured Text, and an ADS client with symbol upload, live watch, logged writes and trace. Built and tested on Linux; no vendor tool or controller has been run. Verification kits for the lab are ready.
- **Emerson DeltaV:** FHX reader, language features, checks, value edits, compare and views of sequential function charts. Modelled: no DeltaV system or real plant export has been used. The export through DeltaV has a verification kit.
- **In development:** CODESYS and TIA Portal support, and Experion, CENTUM VP, PCS 7, PCS neo and 800xA, are in development and not yet available.

Domain modules are pre-release. Nothing is verified by a customer yet, and nothing is verified on Windows. Do not rely on a capability for production work until it is verified for your tools, versions and operating system. Product names belong to their owners.

How a change moves

## A person decides before anything leaves the desk.

1. Propose

An engineer or agent drafts a change to control logic.

2. Verify

    Your vendor compiler builds it.

3. Approve

A change to safety logic waits for a named approver.

4. Record

Change, results and approval kept together in the audit record.

Standards

## Evidence for your plant's change process. The certification is yours.

- **IEC 62443:** Evidence toward IEC 62443: agents kept out of plant network zones and away from controller downloads, with every decision logged.
- **IEC 61131-3:** Structured Text for TwinCAT 3, built by your vendor compiler, with every change kept with its approval.

Neural Inverse provides evidence toward these standards. Certification stays with your organisation and assessor.
