## Current sub-processors

| Company | Purpose | Location |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Amazon Web Services, Inc. | Infrastructure hosting, network protection and email delivery for the shared service, and for dedicated deployments on AWS | United States (N. Virginia) and Germany (Frankfurt); for a dedicated deployment, the region you choose |
| Microsoft Corporation | Infrastructure hosting, only for dedicated deployments on Microsoft Azure | The Azure region you choose |
| Google LLC | Infrastructure hosting, only for dedicated deployments on Google Cloud | The Google Cloud region you choose |
| [company: to be confirmed] | AI model providers, only where your organisation uses models we provide | [location: to be confirmed] |

When your organisation connects its own model provider, using its own agreement and keys, that provider is your supplier, not our sub-processor.

## Self-hosted deployments

When you run Neural Inverse yourself (self-hosted, in your own cloud account or air-gapped), there are no sub-processors: the platform makes no calls to outside services at runtime, and the data stays on your infrastructure.

## Neural Inverse companies

Companies in the Neural Inverse group may provide support and engineering for the service, under the same terms. They are listed on [company information](https://neuralinverse.com/legal/company-information/).

## Changes and objections

We give customers at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor, and update this page. You may object within 15 days, as your [data processing addendum](https://neuralinverse.com/legal/data-processing/) sets out. To be told of changes, sign up below; with questions, email [legal@neuralinverse.com](mailto:legal@neuralinverse.com).

## Notice of changes

Customers and prospective customers can ask to be told before a sub-processor is added or replaced.
