## Versions and support

Each release note gives the version, the date, what was added, changed, fixed or removed, any security fixes with a link to their advisory, and what to do when you upgrade. The CLI uses semantic versioning: a change in the first number can need action from you, and its notes say what.

Security fixes are released for the latest version of each product; see [security advisories](https://neuralinverse.com/trust/security-advisories/). Self-hosted and air-gapped deployments upgrade when your administrator installs the new version, so you choose when a change reaches your team.

## Verifying what you install

The CLI installer checks each binary against the release's published checksums and refuses to install on a mismatch or a missing checksum. See [Download](https://neuralinverse.com/download/) and the [CLI documentation](https://neuralinverse.com/docs/cli/).
