About us

Neural Inverse is AI-native software development for regulated industries: an editor, an agents app and a CLI, governed by Neural Inverse Cloud, which enforces policy, approvals, data protection and an audit trail an assessor can rely on.

We build for engineering teams who must prove how their software was built: medical devices, automotive, aerospace and defense, banking and fintech, industrial control, embedded and hardware, and mainframe estates. Neural Inverse is pre-release.

What we build

  • Neural Inverse (the Editor): inline completions, chat, and edits reviewed line by line, built on Code - OSS. Pre-release.
  • Neural Inverse Agents: delegate work to agents, run several sessions in parallel, and review their changes before they land. Pre-release.
  • Neural Inverse CLI: the same agents and governance from the terminal and CI. In development.
  • Neural Inverse Cloud: the control plane the apps sign in to. Accounts, Organizations, policy, an audit trail and governed compute. Preview.

Source-available

The apps are source-available under the Business Source License 1.1. They are free to use in production for any number of users, and each version converts to Apache 2.0 on its change date. Code inherited from Code - OSS stays MIT. Neural Inverse Cloud is proprietary.
