Accessibility statement

How accessible this website is, how we test it, and how to tell us about a problem.

Last updated 17 October 2026

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a keyboard only, a screen reader, magnification or voice control. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

Compliance status

We believe this website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA: most of it meets the standard, and the exceptions we know about are listed under known limitations. It has not yet been audited by an independent assessor.

What we do

  • Every page is tested automatically against WCAG rules (axe-core) before it is released.
  • Pages use semantic HTML: one main heading, landmarks for the header, navigation, main content and footer, and a “skip to content” link.
  • All menus and dialogs work with a keyboard, show a visible focus indicator and close with Escape.
  • Text and controls meet WCAG contrast ratios, and pages reflow without horizontal scrolling at 320 pixels wide.
  • The website respects reduced-motion settings and uses no flashing content or autoplaying media.
  • Form fields have labels, required fields are marked, and errors are described in text.

Known limitations

  • Photographs are decorative and have no text alternative; the information they illustrate is always in the text.
  • Some documentation pages contain long code examples and wide tables, which scroll horizontally on small screens.

Feedback and contact

If something on this website is hard to use, or you need information in another format, email contact@neuralinverse.com or use the contact form. Tell us the page and the problem. We aim to reply within five working days.

Enforcement

If you are in the UK and not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS). In the EU, you can contact the enforcement body of your country.

How this statement was prepared

This statement was prepared on 17 October 2026 from our own testing: automated checks of every page and keyboard checks of the menus, dialogs and forms. Screen reader testing is planned. We review it whenever the website changes significantly and at least once a year.
