Sanctions

We do not supply our products or services to people or organisations on government sanctions lists, or to countries and regions under comprehensive sanctions, or for uses those laws prohibit. We screen customers before supplying them.

Your responsibilities

When you export, re-export or transfer our products, or give access to them across borders, including through a deployment you run, you are responsible for complying with the export and sanctions laws that apply to you.

Controlled technical data

Our products can run entirely on your own network, with models you host, so controlled technical data such as ITAR or EAR-controlled designs need never leave your boundary. Whether a deployment meets your obligations for controlled data is for your organisation and its export compliance officer to decide; the service we host is not offered for ITAR-controlled data.
