How to invite co-workers to your Neural Inverse Project

How do I invite someone to a Neural Inverse Project?

Head to your Project's settings and click the 'add a new member' button under the heading 'Project Members'. Enter the email address that your co-workers use in Neural Inverse. You can find more information about adding users to a project here.

I cannot join a Neural Inverse project

I was invited but did not receive an invitation email

Invitations are sent by email and you have to click the link in the email to accept the invitation before you appear in the organization. Until you accept, the project will not show up in your account, even if you sign up or sign in with the invited email address.

If the email has not arrived:

  1. Check spam, promotions, and quarantine folders for an email from Neural Inverse. Corporate mail filters and SSO-protected mailboxes are common culprits.
  2. Confirm the exact email address the invite was sent to with the person who invited you. Typos and aliases (first.last+team@…) are common.
  3. Confirm the data region. Invites are scoped to a single Neural Inverse data region (EU, US, Japan, HIPAA — see below). The acceptance link only works on the region where the project lives.
  4. If the link has expired or cannot be found, ask the inviter to remove and re-send the invitation under Project settings → Members.

Are you on the correct Neural Inverse tenant? (EU / US / Japan / HIPAA?)

Neural Inverse Cloud runs in multiple data regions: the European Union, the USA, Japan, and a separate HIPAA-compliant US region. Make sure that you are logged into the data region that you have created your project in. You can select the data region during log-in. You can also see it in the URL bar (cloud.langfuse.com = EU, us.cloud.langfuse.com = US, jp.cloud.langfuse.com = Japan, hipaa.cloud.langfuse.com = HIPAA).

Are you using the correct email address?

If you have been invited to a project, make sure you are logging in with the exact email address that this invite has gone out to. If you log in with SSO (e.g. GitHub or Google), your email address might be different from what you expected.

If you click your name in the bottom left of the Neural Inverse UI, you will see the email address we have on record for you.

Are you the project owner?

If someone else in your organization created the project, ask them to re-invite you (to your Neural Inverse project).

Access Roles in Neural Inverse

What types of access can I grant to data in Neural Inverse?

The basic roles for granting access in Neural Inverse are: Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer. You can see the specific access rights granted to each role in the Neural Inverse roles and rbac documentation.
