Compliance FAQ

See the Security & Compliance overview for how the platform is built. If your question is not answered here, email security@neuralinverse.com.

Certifications

Which audits and attestations are in place?

None yet. Neural Inverse does not currently hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP or any other certification or attestation. Neural Inverse Cloud is pre-release and runs on stage, not in production.

Is Neural Inverse qualified for ISO 26262, IEC 62304 or DO-178C?

No. Neural Inverse is built to support ISO 26262, IEC 62304 and DO-178C processes. It does not hold a tool qualification for them.

Do you offer a BAA?

Not currently. See HIPAA.

Do you publish uptime figures or an SLA?

No. SLAs apply only once a paid plan is live.

Data residency

Where is my data stored?

Accounts and sign-in are global. Resources live in the region where they are created and stay there. See Data regions.

Can we keep everything in one jurisdiction?

Yes. An organization policy can restrict every account to one region. Dedicated and self-hosted deployments can run their own identity and data in a single jurisdiction. See Neural Inverse for enterprise.

Sub-processors

Which sub-processors have access to customer data?

Email privacy@neuralinverse.com for the current list.
